Tea Powers

long title: In Which Fraggle Farrell Saves the Day with the Power of Tea.


So...I always intended this to be a wordless comic but looking at it now (like, more than a year after I came up with the idea?  My my how time flies )  It's probably super confusing.  But...words, man.  So here we stand.

Summary time!
Fraggle Phena is having a nightmare, she's in some sort of farm-like place with cats prowling around and evades Vi-cat but is captured by mean old Azcat.  Back in the waking world (which ended up being a weird mashup of Fraggles and Ascension because do Fraggles even have working stoves?)  Fraggle Farrell hears her frantic mumblings and comes to the rescue.  He briefly considers waking her but has a really dumb I mean by the time you make tea the nightmare would probably already be over right? brilliant idea.  So he drinks some really strong sleep-aid tea with the intention of joining Phena's dream and rescuing her.
Back in the dream, Phena takes cover in some boxes but the exit is blocked when the boxes shift as Azcat tries to shove his way in after her.  Cue Farrell, and though he's not in a position to take on Azcat directly, he can at least remind Phena that this is all only a dream.  So they escape via dream logic and end up in Farrell's origami happy place.  Phena gets a good night's sleep and Farrell gets a sore back from sleeping hunched over the edge of the bed like that.

disclaimer:  I have only seen bits and pieces of fraggle episodes; the premise (dream sharing) for this comic was based on what I read on the fraggle wiki.  Hope it's right though because it works so well with Phena's T-powers :]  )
